-hands-on, working position that requires bartending 5 nights/week and is accompanied with supervisory duties. 

A typical day would be spent:

• working in the bar/lounge
• providing education to all staff on alcoholic beverage safety laws, service, and product offerings
• supervise employees after the restaurant closes
• prepare event bars
• manage/control/order liquor, beer, and wine costs/inventory
