Restaurant Management Internship

If you're looking for real-world experience and cash for the summer, look no further!

The Restaurant Management Intern will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and/or the Executive Chef with various front of house and back of house tasks on a day-to-day basis. Tasks will vary from supporting the restaurant servers and bartenders, to managing the daily reservation book, to creating a floor plan for dinner service, to prepping food items in the kitchen, to organizing the outdoor sundeck patio for the Thursday patio parties, and more! This position may also learn the ins and outs of putting together a beverage order and working with vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of products. The intern will also help support our social media platforms.
